Process a Client Purchase Order
Once the client PO is recieved please navigate to the V2 status page here and find the line for your quotation.
Click the link shown to edit the line item. Once the quotation has loaded check the quotation detials against the client PO - if they match you may proceed.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "sales dept - processing a PO" in the "I am" field and then press Submit.
You will be transferred to a page where you need to enter the client PO number in the field shown and verify the invoicing address (you will see that the delivery address has already been filled in here - you can overtype this with the invoice address if necessary).
To complete the process you need to press submit and file an electronic copy of the PO in X:New Directory Structure\Sales Processing\Sales Procesing\Sales Processing Purchase Orders\*filename* ("CRN" and "Description").
Raise Client Invoice
Once you are ready to raise an invoice please navigate to the SOP status page here and find the line for your quotation.
Click the link shown to edit the line item. Once the line item has loaded scroll to the bottom of the page and select "request invoicing" in the "I am" field and then press Submit.
